Application fee per applicant: $50
Corporate application fee: $50
Guarantor Application Fee: $50 fee per guarantor
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: $1000 refundable if denied or cancels within 3 business days
Security Deposit - Additional: 1 month's rent based on results of credit report
Security Deposit - Maximum: 1.5 month's rent based on results of credit report
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $500 (for 1 or 2 pets)
Monthly pet fee per animal: $50
Pet screening service fee: up to $25 per pet/year may apply (3rd party)
Private parking garage: $225
Covered parking: $150
Uncovered parking: $125
Surface parking: $100
Daily Visitor Permit: $2/overnight
Electric Vehicle Outlet Fee: $50
Storage units: $50-$150
Monthly amenity fee: $60
Technology Fee (high speed WiFi service): $75
One-time Certificate of Occupancy inspection fee by Township: $200 due at move in.
Water: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Sewer: $45.94/monthly (based on West Orange township billing)
Utility Billing Fee: $3.25
Other utilities: Gas and Electric billed by PSE&G directly to resident, varies upon usage.
NSF Fee: $50
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5th) of the month, is 5% of rent.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to two months rent + 60 day notice
Apartment Transfer Fee: $1000
Liability Insurance if renter's insurance policy lapses: $13.22

Pet Policy

Comments: Nonrefundable fee of $500 for 1 or 2 pets due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Pet screening service through a 3rd party of up to $25 per pet/year may apply. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

This property requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
